Our systems integration group specializes in integrating new or existing automation machinery into plant networks. Our team of engineers come from both industrial control and computer engineering backgrounds, so we have the ability to analyze a tremendous variety of systems. From simply integrating new RFID labelling equipment into an existing plant order system, to creating custom integration software which integrates quality data from a new inspection machine with existing 20 year old UNIX servers, we have the resources to handle almost any situation. Our specialty electronics group designs custom data aquisition and control hardware for customers. From custom load cells to exotic control boards, our electrical and embedded engineers can tackle a wide variety of projects. We specialize in ultra-low-power products for applications like remote instruments and disposable low-cost sensor networks. We also do contract engineering for products requiring embedded microprocessors.
We are also proud to announce the upcoming launch of our groundbreaking PR9 product line in October 2009. Our PR9 line will be able to handle everything from remote vehicle data logging to integrating the acquisition and control needs of an entire factory into one single network. The PR9 product line will enable automation manufacturers to build machines faster and less expensive than with existing hardware. From the IP68 rating on every product in the line (eliminating the need for panel builds), to consolidating an entire system down to three types of pre-wired cables (eliminating all connector-hunting and connector wiring), the PR9 line allows machines to be built in a fraction of the time required using other parts.
