The router is the central component in all PR9 systems. Routers can be connected together into massive data networks that can run entire factories. Don't let the small size fool you; these things are impressive!
Each GW01 router has 8 DATA-2 ports which can be used to connect with any of our transducers. Each router also has 3 DATA-1 connections for networking with other routers. If you need to connect more transducers to your system, just plug in another router into the network.
Power conservation was designed into the GW01 router from the beginning. With its onboard battery, the router can operate in standby for over 4 months on battery power, and can actively log data for over 2 months. Even if you don't need the battery power feature, the battery can supply power during line power fluctuations, allowing for uninterruptable power supply (UPS).
Each router has at least 4GB of storage space for data logging and program storage. Even with the most demanding data logging applications, you'll never need to worry about storage space.
