Company History

Paragon Robotics LLC was officially founded in 2006 near the Research Triangle of North Carolina. After three years of initial development work in N.C., the company headquarters was moved near Cleveland in order to take advantage of the vast engineering and manufacturing experience of the area.

Our official headquarters is based near Hiram, Ohio, while our R&D office is located in Euclid, Ohio. The final assembly and testing of our products are done at our strategic partner, Proforma Manufacturing LLC, which is also based in Euclid, Ohio.

Guiding Mission

Paragon Robotics LLC is based on the principle of "vertical knowledge integration." We feel it's imperative to understand every aspect of the automation business in order to provide the highest level of product excellence and customer satisfaction. From dynamic control theory all the way down to circuit board layout and embedded software programming, we know you can't design revolutionary products without understanding how every aspect works together.

All of our products are completely designed, manufactured and supported in-house in the U.S. This level of control over our products and services allows us to offer unmatched product quality, time-to-market, customization and support to all of our customers.

Environmental Commitment

As part of our commitment to the planet, we offer all of our customers a product buyback incentive. Send us your old Paragon Robotics equipment, and we'll give you up to $20 per device in credit towards new equipment. We'll even pick up the tab on shipping. We will completely reuse or recycle any returned products, ensuring no environmental waste ever reaches landfills.
